About Us:

Pack 25 is chartered by Custer Road United Methodist Church.  We meet at 7:00 pm in room B-18 on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6601 Custer Road, Plano, TX 75023.

Boy Scouts of America

In honor of the anniversary of the first moon walk...did you know that of the 12 men to physically walk on the moon's surface, 11 were involved in Scouting?  In fact, of the 312 astronauts since 1959, 179 were Scouts or have been active in Scouting:  39 Eagle, 25 Life, 14 Star, 26 First Class, 17 Second Class, 13 Tenderfoot, 3 Explorers, 27 Cub Scouts, 10 Webelos Scouts, and 5 unknown.
June 9th- Main Event Print E-mail

Join us at Main Event in Plano on Saturday, June 9th from 10:15 am to 1:00 pm. This is the first of 3 summertime events for Pack 25.  If your son attends all 3 events, he will qualify for the "Summertime Award". 

One of our main goals with the summertime events is to recruit new Pack 25 members.  Please bring a friend to meet Pack 25.

The Pack is paying 1/2 the cost for existing Cub Scouts and will pay 100% of the cost for guests that are eligible to join Pack 25.  The costs for existing Pack 25 Cub Scouts is $5.

The boys will be bowling from 10:30 - 11:30.  There will be pizza, drinks and the boys will receive a $10 game card.  Laser Tag will be available at 11:45 for those boys over 48"; laser tag will cost an extra $2.00

July 21st - Swim Party at Tom Muehlenbeck Rec Center Print E-mail

Join us at the Tom Muehlenbeck Center on July 21st from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm

This is an awesome event; our pack will have the whole outdoor pool area to ourselves.  Bring a friend to check out Pack 25.

Drinks & Snacks will be provided by the Pack.

The Muehlenbeck Center is located on West Parker Rd, just east of the North Dallas Tollway.

Pack 25 Philosophy Print E-mail

Pack 25 is a faith-based pack consisting of about 40 boys.  We are a family-oriented pack with an 18 year tradition.  Our leadership team consists of experienced "Scouters".  Several of our adult leaders are Eagle Scouts and several of our adult leaders are active in Boy Scouts.  Our pack meets year round and is designated annually as a Quality Unit by the BSA.

Some of our activities include:

  • 2 Family Campouts per Year
  • Pinewood Derby
  • Raingutter Regatta
  • Monthly Summertime Events
  • Local Field Trips Organized by Individual Dens
  • Welcome Home a Hero - DFW Airport
  • District Cuboree @ Camp Wisdom
  • Tiger Night @ Myers Park in McKinney
  • Scouting For Food
