Pack 25 is chartered by Custer Road United Methodist Church. We meet at 7:00 pm in room B-18 on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6601 Custer Road, Plano, TX 75023.

February 3rd - Pinewood Derby

PACKS 25 START YOUR ENGINES!

- Practice Runs: Friday Feb. 3rd 7:30pm - 9pm. come to Room B18 and test your car on the track. We will have the official scale so you can get your car weight.

-Race Day: Saturday Feb. 4th. From 9am to 12pm. come to Room B18. We will have check-in at 8:30 so get there early to get weighed in!

***SATURDAY IS RACE DAY ***

Check in is at 8:30 A.M.Racing starts at 9:00 A.M.

February 5th - Scout Sunday

This year's Scout Sunday is February 5th.

If your Scout will be participating at Custer Road UMC, please register below and indicate which service. If your Scout participates at another place of worship, please email Scott Holland and let him know so that he can make sure your son receive's a participation patch.

February 7th - Blue & Gold

This year's Blue & Gold Banquet is Tuesday, February 7th. The banquet will be held in Fellowship Hall at Custer Road United Methodist.

Please plan to arrive at 5:50pm. It is a big night and we have lots to do, we would really like to get started with our program around 6:15pm.

This year we will have Chik-fil-A for dinner followed by awards, a cake contest and a special surprise entertainer.

This is a special meeting that takes the place of our February Pack Meeting. It's held at this time of year to promote the anniversary of Scouting. We honor the Webelos at this meeting as well as a few others.

Because of our outstanding fundraising efforts, the steering committee has decided that the Pack will cover the costs of Blue & Gold this year.

February 18th - Scouting For Food

Pack 25, mark your calendars!

Our annual, Scouting for Food, event is fast approaching!

Let’s make the 2012 food drive our best effort yet!

Scouting for Food is the largest single-day food collection event

in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and one of the largest in the nation!

The non-perishable food items that we collect will be distributed

to 45 local assistance agencies across the area.

This is an extremely important community service project that our scouts

provide to the less fortunate people in our community. It is a very rewarding

experience for all of those who participate, so please join us! Not to mention, we

also have fun along the way!

Our goal this year is to beat 2011 collection numbers by 10%.

So mark your calendars, Saturday, February 18^th, 9a-12p @ CRUMC north-east parking lot.

Please Register so our Scouting for Food Chairperson, Traci Nichols and Barbara Shaffer can coordinate the efforts.
